Thank you, Lumpy, for such kind comments. And I agree, I think Rick did a very good job of reporting on the Q. We'll have to keep him on the staff... Shoot sharp, Mike

I'm honored to have a picture of my best friend and myself on the cover. Good write up Rick. I really enjoy reading the American Sharps Shooter.
Every article since the start written here would make a fine book.

The Q is a great place to spend time with friends.

Kurt, You'd sure be welcome. Our next Buffalo Camp will be (I'm guessing, not scheduled yet) in May, the weekend after Mother's Day. With you on the firing line, the .44/77s would rule the match! Shoot sharp,

I took the Hartford to the Q with a couple hundred rounds hoping we could get together during the week and a couple hundred rounds for Gavin (JB) from down under to use incase he ran out of ammo.
I took some cheater shots to get a head start on you at the 600 and the 805 Buff. It even surprised me to get on the 600 with the second shot and stayed on it with 5 more and the best part was on the Buff. There was someone standing behind me and I asked how much should I run the slide up to reach him and he said it's your guess. Shot and the lights started flashing Smile
I just love shooting that .44-77 with the Lawrence barrel sights when the shot counts.
