Dave the barrel is a 28" 1.033" at the muzzle and 1.250" at the breach. The CPA reamer was used but I don't have the specs for it. I have just about every .22 match chamber prints from the top .22 match rifles made. About 19 or 20. The chamber is very tight at .2240" at the case mouth. It's so tight that it is a hard push to get the round seated. I let the breach block finish caming the round in.
I think the reason the rifle shoots so well is the tight chamber and a very heavy stiff barrel. I don't think there is much vibration going on when the round goes off.
I don't know if Douglas air gauge their .22 XX premium barrels or not.
