Still working on this but have decided for ease and cost savings too go with a 14X14 size target aprox 1/5 scale, use the 9 ring for the center size, at 6 inches and mount it on the front with a center bolt and it supported by a valve spring to to give the bull some wobble room and make it ring better. Have found some stainless steel plates at 5.9 inches in size that would make perfect bulls with either a .500 hole in the center or a .375 hole for bolts. valve spring on the back side compressed a bit for the hold off from the face of the outer.
