Hoke sight
A thumbs up and tip of the hat to Kermit Hoke. I got a discount price certificate for one of his sights last year. I sent it in and he sent me the sight I requested. Well I didn't do anything with that sight , until the other day I got it out and was going to mount it. But dang the spring that holds the staff in position had broke.
I called Kermit and he without hesitation sent a replacement spring. He said there had been some problems with the tempering on those springs and so had started shipping each sight with 2 springs. Well I looked in the box and sure nuff , there was the other spring.
I let him know I found the other spring so all was good to go. He'ld hear nothing of it, and said that one broke and my stuff is guaranteed, I'll have that out in the morning.
So fellas, here's a hearty recommendation for Hoke sights.
A wise man can always be found alone. A weak man can always be found in a crowd.

Don,
As it should be, but sadly in this day and time, this is more and more the exception rather than rule. But this does seem to be more SOP with the black powder shooting vendors and suppliers. Good for them and you.

RE: Hoke sight
Thru the years, I have used a few of Kermit's fine sights. They look good and they work good.

My $0.02,
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!

Okay, I found the web site. It's at http://www.kermitool.com/hoke_rifle_sight.html
Mainly just an ad for the sights but well worth the visit. Shoot sharp, Mike
