how about using two fingers and the thumb or one finger and thumb depending on how much you need and pinch the powder like you would salt and trickle it in the pan??

guys, i already have a trickler lit gary's for topping up thrown charges on a scale.
that weighed charge would be good to mechanically trickle the whole lot in as even a manner as possible.
