RE: bptr rules
For those that may be wondering, this is the Rule book as revised 2011, contrary to what a certain individual on another forum has stated.
There is a huge discrepancy between this one and the one the NRA currently has available online, and both lack revisions that should of been in there since 2009. Most notably the "full bore" scoring system that was mandated in the 2009 match directors bulletin. Rule 14.18 Signaling and scoring.
Hopefully the new folks at NRA competitions will get a complete and current BPTR rule book posted in the near future.
