RE: Whittington Center - Kurt - 10-11-2015 Sounds like standard conditions at Lodi Then a blast of wind will hit you in the back of the neck while the mid range are facing each other and the 200 is hanging limp at 3 and at 9 it's on a 45 facing you Mirage starting a boil.
RE: Whittington Center - Don McDowell - 10-11-2015 Best bet when the mirage starts the boil, is to hold off, boil says it's probably going to roll over, but it might not.. Patience and a good spotter are a virtue in this long range game. RE: Whittington Center - Don McDowell - 10-11-2015 Another thing at the Whittington, it seems to me it's best to stay on the top of the bull, if you get down below the 3-9 line there's an awfully good chance that the bottom can drop out, and you'll pull a miss low. RE: Whittington Center - bruce moulds - 10-11-2015 then there's those times when the boil is so bad you can't even see the spotting disk that marks the bullet hole. makes decisions hard to come to. keep safe, bruce. |
