RE: First Kids weekend at the ranch - Dave Roelle - 12-02-2015 Thanks Don it will be a hoot i'm sure-----------and a bit frustrating just like big bore sillywet ![]() We'll see about stand alone rifles after we get out feet wet--our club shoots 22 silhouette once a month Dave RE: First Kids weekend at the ranch - Don McDowell - 12-02-2015 I think the 22 bpcr matches are attracting so many because the ammunition is relatively simple and cheap. I can carry 500 rounds in my shooting bag, and have 3-400 rounds available in my line box. There's no reloading and no case cleaning, it's quiet, and shooting a 40-60 round match in an afternoon doesn't wear you down... Keep us posted on how you local 22 matches go. RE: First Kids weekend at the ranch - Dave Roelle - 12-03-2015 Sure will Don. Heading to the ranch this weekend for more.R and R Report will follow Stay safe Dave |
