My final load I used a Metford bullet with the best load I shot yesterday of 78 grains of 2F OE. Also I had a partial can of a old lot fo 1.5 swiss I finished off that shot very well this morning.
Also I want to shoot the shorter 1.325 and the 1.3" long /Sharps profile bullets with the same 78 gr Of OE load used with the 1.4" metford bullet.
This rifle defiantly favors the 1.4" long over the longer 1.460" and the 1.325" and the 1.3" with the 78 gr load of Swiss and the OE 2F.
Jim if your seeing this post I took the CDE Chronograph along because you asked for the reading for a 78 gr load. It makes it past 1300 fps.

Those groups are starting to look pretty good to me! I'll be pretty happy when I get to that level.

I have to make a correction on the bullet used. It's a tapered Gibbs not a Metford.
I had to cast more and when I picked up the mould it's a KAL adjustable Tapered Gibbs.
