Yeah Lumpy,

When you spray the case with 1 shot. Wait a few minutes for the carrier to evap.
The Dillon is a far better lube.
You don't need new cases!..............
After you size the case. Measure the OAL to be sure it didn't stretch pass chamber length.

Thanks Lumpy, Everyone,

Well, final tally was 100% success rate, but about 10 needed 1 shot, 20 needed 3-4 sprays, 40 needed 2-3, and the other 20 needed 5+

That last 1/2" was a bugger. Lookin forward to the Dillon. Won't need it for some time but I'll be glad to have it on hand. Thanks, Doug

When you get your Dillon case lube, give you sizing die a good scrub with alcohol or actone to get all the old lube out of it and then give it a couple of good sprays up inside with the Dillon lube and let it dry. From that point on you shouldn't have any problems sizing your cases. Now there is a small chance that you will get some dents on a few of the cases but that just happens with a little too much lube. Once you work out just how much or how little lube you need it should be smooth sailing with the sizing die.
I have gone through several bottles of the Dillon lube and am currently using the Frankfort Arsonel lube I picked up from Midway, it seems to be the same stuff. It even works well for sizing .308 cases that have been run through my M1A and those rifles have a large chamber by design.

As a P.S., if anyone ever wonders about the strength of Dillon products, I have a Dillon 450 press and when I first got it I wondered about the strength of the shell plate. Well let me tell you there is nothing lacking strength wise with that plate, It will rip the head off of a 06 case slicker than snot on a glass door knob. Yea I had to pull a little harder but the case failed and the shell plate didn't.

Will Do Nuke,

And yeah, in the one case that stuck the brass base just sheared. Lesson (s) learned.
