What ya want for supper? - Rick Mulhern - 08-24-2014

That's what Angie asked me a little while ago! Told her I was gonna make do with some left-overs; black-eyed peas with pot-licker and cornbread! Poured me a pint mason jar full of milk and put a passel more of diced onions in the bowl and heated up....MAN!!

I was thinking about all you 'pore-azzed' NORTHERN YANKEES!!Big GrinTongue

Works for me! Would.t mind some fried okra or maybe mustard greens on the side.

Caprock

Been having that all summer; daughter has a good garden of tomatoes, okra, squash, egg plant, and we'll plant Fall greens a little later!

Having fried turkey and catfish with all the trimmings soon as dove season opens here the 7th Sept and there will be a gang here!!

I'm just sittin' here finishing off a bowl of bean soup w/ homemade ham, and a couple leftover sourdough biscuits; everything listed on the menu so far sounds plenty good to me, including the fishing.Big Grin
