Pope De/Recapper - Don Sketcher - 10-03-2016 I am looking for the Pope style de/recapper that Meacham Tool used to sell. Need one for a 45-110. Thanks, Don RE: Pope De/Recapper - Cody Smith - 10-05-2016 Did you see C.Sharps is making one these days? RE: Pope De/Recapper - Gunlaker - 10-06-2016 Don, if you only need decapping functionality then I can recommend the Distant Thunder decapper. I recently bought one for my .45's and really like it. RE: Pope De/Recapper - Cody Smith - 10-08-2016 Must have to call them. There is a review written in this month's electronic issue of their magazine. There is a link here on Historic Shooting for the magazine under publications. http://historicshooting.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=2005 I have one of the ones made by CPA. My wife got it for me and it is very nice. It is quite a bit more than the C.Sharps one and takes shellholders that are only available from CPA and are a little expensive. I like it a lot, but now that C.Sharps is making one, I would highly consider it. hope this helps, Cody RE: Pope De/Recapper - parkergunz - 10-08-2016 Shiloh sells this version in their catalog https://shilohrifle.com/cleaning-supplies/de-priming-tool/ RE: Pope De/Recapper - Gunlaker - 10-08-2016 That one does look nice Cody! Chris. RE: Pope De/Recapper - Don Sketcher - 11-21-2016 Got one from C Sharps. Thanks for the heads up! |
