C Sharps 1875 Smokeless powder - Chaz - 11-13-2016 I have a 1875 C Sharps that I am considering re-barreling to a 20 VarTarg which is based off the 221 Fireball. My question is what type of pressures will these rifles take as I have only ever shot Blackpowder from a Sharps. Is this doable or ill-advised? chaz RE: C Sharps 1875 Smokeless powder - Mike - 11-14-2016 Chaz, You had better ask that question at info@csharpsarms.com. They're the ones with the best answers. Shoot sharp, Mike RE: C Sharps 1875 Smokeless powder - Lumpy Grits - 11-14-2016 That 221 is a throat burner. Better have some spare bbls made. ![]() Gary RE: C Sharps 1875 Smokeless powder - Fogman01 - 11-18-2016 Ill advised. |
