Montana 1000 - Old Jim - 03-02-2017 It happens in July, 8 &9, 2017. 40 shots, 10 each at 4 targets at 1000 yards. Anyone thinking about going? Jim RE: Montana 1000 - Kurt - 03-02-2017 If I get the cookie munchers back home after the Q and taking them on a trip to the Yellowstone I will be there. If I hurry and not get blown off the 4 tracks
RE: Montana 1000 - Don McDowell - 03-02-2017 That's going to fall smack dab in the middle of the Silhouette Nationals. RE: Montana 1000 - Hiwall55 - 03-03-2017 Where is it at? RE: Montana 1000 - Kurt - 03-03-2017 Here is the link http://www.quigleymatch.com/directions.html RE: Montana 1000 - bobw - 03-03-2017 Haven't missed it yet for the last 4 years won't this year either. Kurt you better make it, your 11 straight last year might be vulnerable ? bobw RE: Montana 1000 - mherth - 03-03-2017 (03-03-2017, 03:42 PM)bobw Wrote: Haven't missed it yet for the last 4 years won't this year either. Kurt you better make it, your 11 straight last year might be vulnerable ? bobw He's definitely vulnerable because he told me some of his secrets!? I'm really looking forward to the Baker and Forsyth matches. And I look forward to seeing you there too, Bob. I'm hoping to shoot the 45-70 with PP this year. Rollers rule, I'm told. RE: Montana 1000 - Kurt - 03-03-2017 I had a good last quarter It's in my plans Bob. That was my second 1000.
RE: Montana 1000 - Gunlaker - 03-04-2017 I didn't see any mention of time limits. How much time do you get to shoot your sighter and shots for score? thanks, Chris. RE: Montana 1000 - Old Jim - 03-04-2017 Shooters are squaded as at the Q, I have been told. So I would think there may be "time limits", not waiting for the wind and the such, LOL But what do I know, this may be my first "1000". Jim |
