Any brandy drinkers here?
Stopped by to visit with the local craft distiller. Had a BS session on wine/cider/distilling. Also had to do some "sampling". He provides some excellent samples.
Need a still??
Rusty Figgins has designed, makes and sells the distilling equipment. I will post some photos of the equipment (and some inventory ) of it operating. He had some 300 gallon tanks of wine he was distilling. 9 to 10 hours a batch.Not cheap but very good. Not what you bring out for your mooching buddies
he also makes pretty good wiskey. I was standing in the middle of a few thousand gallons of 7+ year old brandy.When I get on a real computer I'll post some photos and a website.

Wyoming Whiskey is starting to come on nicely,I stop by every trip to Thermopolis to fish the Big Horn river.Their small enough to do it right and big enough to stay in business.
