Golden Gunclub match results - Don McDowell - 03-04-2018

Hello BPCR silhouette shooters,
We had an outstanding day at the match! Seventeen riflemen and rifle-women (?) turned out. Warm and windy weather prevailed, maybe a preview of the spring to come?
A few of our regulars did not make it and we hope they are Okay!
Some great shooting and coaching in the AAA class today. The challenging winds paired with high scores were impressive! We had a three way tie for first overall. Doc. Bement, Kevin Finney and Lee Wolff, all AAA class shooters tied for match winner! A shoot off decided the outcome with Lee Wolff shooting offhand spotted by his Sacha Wolff won the best of three chicken tie breaker at the 200 meter line.

Richard Bement was first AAA -28
Dick Farmer was first AA - 25
Sacha Wolff was first A-B shooting a 17
Headline news!!! Cody Smith was NOT the chicken pool winner! That went to Richard Bement shooting 5 chickens is some tough winds! Nice shooting Doc.!
Sorry Cody - great shots get picked on......
Next match is the first Saturday in April.

This shoot is on my list for this summer if I make it close to this place. I plan on spending time in Colorado this year, or Alaska
