Kurt RE: Round Ball Mould - rfd - 12-31-2014 brass, not iron, but i use the superb jeff tanner (uk) moulds for running all my flinter balls. jeff's service from across the pond is as excellent as his moulds. typical cost w/shipping is $40 or so. http://www.jt-bullet-moulds.co.uk/moulds.html RE: Round Ball Mould - Mike - 12-31-2014 (02-20-2014, 08:35 AM)rhbrink Wrote: Does anyone know of a custom mould maker that could turn out a single cavity round ball .550 I would much prefer iron. RB, If you want a Bag Mold try Larry Callahan, at www.bagmolds.com. I need to order a .512" ball mold myself. He makes standard sized molds for $50 and custom sized for $70, or so. Visit his website, for sure. Shoot sharp, Mik |
