best seating die?

I have some 535 gr Postell bullets to try in my Browning HighWall BPCR, but I don't think my RCBS bullet seating die is going to like the shape of the nose of the Postells. Afraid it may deform the tip. Any suggestions on the best seating die to use for .45-70, using any of the more aerodynamic pointy bullets? Or am I worrying overtime?
PS- I am using a seating die at present, not just thumb pressure, because I am using smokeless powder for now, and thought it would be good to crimp the bullet. Works fine on those 300 gr flatnose HP Sierras...

Shouldn't be a problem unless you try to compress the powder with the bullet. If you compress powder as you load, the bullet can be deformed. Always use a compression die if compression is needed.

Anneal your case mouths and keep your neck tension to no more than .002" and you should have any issues.
What's the diameter of your expander?

Best seating die would be redding competition but it will leave a ring indent on the nose if you try to use more than .001 neck tension on 20/1 alloy. You can get different rcbs seater stems from BACO and custom form the nose with jb weld or hot glue.

You take a couple of bullets, the seating stem along with some lapping compound and re-profile the inside of the seating stem.
