Decided to tinker with bullet hardness , see if I can get the 530 PJ out the barrel with the rifling not touching the nose .This is 20 to 1 pushed by 72grs swiss 11/2

So I made three batches
16 to 1
50/50 WW and pure lead
9 lbs WW to 1 lbs pure lead .
I'm going to move the target over and flag each mix and see what kinda slump I get with the same 72 gr load . Everyone one likes pics right .Lol
My neighbor is a foreman for city power he brings me 4 and 6 inch lead conduit 3 ft sections they change out .

See the reducers at both ends they are dead soft but are very slivery . Anyone know it there mixed with more tin for leading them together ? Here's one that was inside the conduit that I cut up with the log splitter .

I put a just little of the reducers in the mix it seems to help fill out the bullets . Any Electricians in the house . Lol
