Didn't have any cake. Matter of fact didn't have any dinner. Ate breakfast , left the house and never got back in till almost dark, had a couple of cookies after supper tho.
Besides it was to dry and windy to take the chance on the candles on a cake, that much open flame might of got a fire started that would of took 3 days to put out.

Thanks guys, it's been a rather uneventful day so far. Got the morning chores done, then hauled the rest of the calves I wanted to sell to the sale barn. Then Doc was came over as I was coming home from the last load ,and we sat a drank coffee and bs and got most of the world problems solved.
Tommorrow it'll be payday part deux , hopefully it's a good one.

We had Eron Ahmer cut down the stock on her hiwall, and that made her and that thing really get along, and now she's had the cataracts on both eyes fixed.... This could be an exciting shooting season for her if she decides to pursue it.
