Have you tried shooting with a spotter -------both to help you concentrate on "shooting"-----forget about everything except form and follow through-----------a spotter "coach" will notice things in form that you simply can't be aware of.

I have a bad habit of simply tensing up as i work through a string-----------my spotter will remind me and allow me to settle back into good form.

trust me, there is no one in my area that has any earthly idea as to what I am doing

I have been shooting with a firm right hand grip with rifle pulled tight into shoulder, I will ease up some of the pressure, as far as keeping head down and good follow through, I feel real comfortable in this area, this was something that I learned or taught myself during 13 years of competition skeet shooting even though we are talking about 2 different shooting disciplines

I eased up to a normal hold on 20 rounds, it will not take me long to shoot this way, I adapt to change real well as long as its not "Obamas Change"
