Triming Cases

RE: Triming Cases
I have a GG postell I shoot quite often in my .44-77 and the .44-90bn It wont fit the chamber of my .44-100 Rem st. it just handles a PP.
This bullet weighs 505 gr and it is 1.433 long. I really got it for the round barreled .44-90bn and I also use it in the .44-77.
When I was at the Whittington center during the winter I shot the .44-77 using the barrel sights on that rifle and that bullet stayed on all the silhouette targets on the range. In fact I laid down 7 rams using the barrel sight with that bullet before turning on that Buffalo on the side of the hill and put 4 hits on him after finding the sights. I think he is around 1100 yards.
For the 1/19 twist the weight and length does not effect the way the rifle handles that bullet like the shape of the bullet. My 1/19 ROT will not handle a elliptical PP or a Money bullet past 600 yards but it will shoot well with a postell shaped bullet or even my 510 gr Sharps PP bullet.
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
