SEAR for Single Set Trigger.

I recently acquired an 1886 rifle made in 1888 with a Single Set Trigger. It works fine but the hammer must be cocked manually. If cocked by lowering the lever it won't stay cocked when the lever is raised and the bolt moves forward. Turns out there is an old repair on the sear. The weld (or silver solder job) was done very well but the added metal was filed down too short for the sear to property engage the full-cock notch on the hammer.

Does anyone know where I can find a good used sear or a diagram of one so I can get a local smith to follow those specs?

Have searched the internet daily without any luck.
