The beginning of the season

I got a question, if you don't mind. How did you go about making a mould cavity hollow point cast bullets? I got a picture in my mind of how it should be done and end up looking, but a description from a pro would likely help me understand completely. It sounds like a lathe job.

BTW I shot another WT deer (DRT) several days ago w/ 1 of my .45/70 LBT flat nose bullets; those things are serious bullets.
