Now that is some good shooting

I just don't understand why you are getting leading with the PP.
My paper is just as thin as yours, 100% cotton and I am shooting it out of both the Shiloh and the C Sharps 45 degree chambers but no leading in either the 45-70 or the 45-110 using the same bullet. I am patching the entire .444 length of the bullet, 2 wraps for an end diameter of .450 and there is a small hole in the patch on the bullet base when I finish folding the patch over the base. The patch about blows apart when it comes out the bore...just pieces laying here and there to recover.
