RE: Norma or Jamsion for 45/110
Although I'm more than happy to have a brass supply through Jamison for my 44, their cases are within .001" or so new and when fireformed, drop back considerably. Sometimes as much as 10 thou. I wouldnt want to lose that much in any cartridge or chamber. Norma brass is top quality also and comes in at 2.9" and should allow you to trim to exact chamber length. I was really happy with Norma brass in my 2 7/8" and I was running a Shiloh gg chamber. I havent sampled any Jamison 110 brass but as long as they're not too short, I'm sure they'll be good quality. Incidentally.. a lot of my new Norma brass had to be almost f/l resized to fit the Shiloh chamber in the first place, pryor to firing. Once fired, they were great to work with.
