I've got a Uberti 1873 Sporting rifle but it's in 44-40. Two Pedersoli, one Rolling Block and one Sharps, both 45-70. The two latter ones shoot very well. Wish I could share some BP experience but just jenning up there. The 44-40 has been pushed to the rear for all the time spent with some Ballards.

btw... discarded the sights on the Rolling Block for an MVA base. So far swapping back and forth staffs but hope to buy more so I won't have so much of that happening.
