check the reamer drawing to check that it does not have a 45 degree transition.
4 degrees is what an original Hepburn chamber cast reveals for 40/2.5.
7 degrees would also be ok, and possibly 12 degrees too to avoid lead and paper rings.
your twist will allow the use of some good bullets. excellent choice.

In my conversation with Gail. I expressed my concerns about a 45 degree transition and she said they can fix that to a 4,5 or 7 degree.
