Bullet Molds

As a newbie so came to this site saw this and got curious so read thru this whole thread.
Here is my take on this machine up the blocks, pin, hinge, fit handles stc so all but the bullet cavity is finished. Make a proper size pilot hole then have the mold cavity done with EDM machining an a CNC EDM machine just supply the print.
EDM has all but replaced standard machining for injection molds. It is exclusively used for medical metalic stuff. It is amazing what can be made now with that procedure. In my work we used it only to remove broken studs and bolts from engine parts mostly aluminum as small as 10-28. Takes the broken threaded part out and leaves the threads like new.
