RE: Compression and Olde Eynsford
One very good shooting load for me using OE 3fg has been with 67.0 grains and a Sagebrush cast PJ Money Bullet sized to .459 with their lube. 200 yards benched using the SR target results in X's and close inside 10's. This was in Winchester once fired neck sized brass, .060 vegi wad and Federal large pistol primer with a .004 card primer wad. Wiped between shots bullet seated to expose the first lube groove. I do think I'll melt off the lube and use my own lube, it is a bit softer than the Sagebrush and not as tacky. (78.0 grains worked well in my 45-90 with a BACO 535 grain Money bullet with the first band reduced and seated exposing the first lube groove).
