Well I have been thinking about one of these cameras ever since Don got one. Corresponded with him a little and Midway had a good sale around Thanksgiving so I bought one. Took it out today for the first time trying out a new load for my Trapdoor. First time shooting it past 150 yards. The target was at 200 yards. 6 shots (3 were stacked on each other). Wind left to right. I held left on first shot and hit the one farthest left as wind went down. Held same aim point as wind came back and fired 5 more. Happy with results.

I was shooting west, late afternoon into the sun and the target was completely in shadow yet the camera did a good job of exposure.

I am very happy with the camera set up. Easy to use and hits are easy to see. You can pan and zoom on your phone for closer inspections and take videos and still pics. You can even measure group size and put on target pic. I usually end up shooting by myself with no spotter and this is going to make life a whole lot easier.

I tried the trapdoor and camera at 400 yd with good results also. Still learning where and how close to place the camera, but I had it back far enough that I didn't figure I was going to hit it at 400 yds. Clarity is good. Setup is easy and only takes a minute to move camera to different target. At 200 yards I did not even need the receiver.

Have the Buffington sights on my trapdoor and using the lower peep hole and front blade sight which I painted white.

Now I am trying to figure out how to describe this as a ranch purchase to the wife. I bought a gas powered ice auger one time and told the wife it was a fence post digger.... Smile
