Smitty I used to use a chop cutter and it works fine if you only use not more then three sheets or it will pull the lower sheets. I made a hold down 1/4" aluminum strip 1" wide to clamp down several sheets that had a staple like I use for the roller on every strip then the knife would cut uniform strips. But the roller I use works very well.
I just cut some patches last night for the .40 caliber bullets and I used the Seth Cole 14"X50 yards 55-Y but I got 6 rolls of this when I ordered it and I will say that it's a bear to staple 16 sheets together like I do and keep the corners matching. That stuff is so slippery to work with but it patches well. Kurt
