Yes it takes a while for my eyes to adjust for the brightness walking from the dark side

I have shot this rifle a couple times once with smokeless and again with 3F OE and if I would have looked up what I used I might not have asked this question. 4227 and 4198 is good powder for cast bullets. The load I uses in the picture below was shot with a load that has been on the shelf for ages and the bullets even turned gray that needed a little wiping to make them look younger again before using them in the 93

I shot those in the 336 with micro groove rifling and they did not shoot well but I also had a problem with the .444 Marlin with micro groove till I had Tom at accurate arms make a wide enough bullet for it.
I'm kinda under the weather right now but I will heat up the lead pot in a day or so and head into town and see if I can find some bright flash powder LOL and see if I can lead up the bore some.
