Thanks Don, a cool copper sight like the one Kurt has on his 44-77 should make it even more so correct.

I would like to build something not so common, but, brass being next to impossible on the 44's may rule them out, iirc cases can't be made for them from any other existing case.

The 40-90 SBN's can be made from 45-90 brass.

40-90 SBN or the mighty 45-110 it may have too be.
