Sorry all,
The GGC Watkins BPCR Silhouette is Canceled due to poor conditions on the range and untenable ice and snow on the firing line.
I was out there a gain today with the plow (on my vehicle) and cleaned up the parking area of drifts but the Pig target area is full and the firing line has an eight inch layer of hard ice under 12 to 16" of total packed snow.
Just to see how it might work, I did try to pull out the ice and snow forward from the shooting line with the plow but is really did not make much of a dent in the ice pack. I tried!
I am worried we may not have much luck next month if the weather does not melt the firing line pack ice.
Hopefully we can shoot next month.
