You're a good spotter. Remember i've shot with you before..
But the basic's are pretty simple relay what you're seeing to the shooter , confirm you're both seeing the same. Then it's just a matter of making adjustments to where the shot marker on the target says.. Other than that there's not much to relay to the shooter, unless you see a change in conditions. Then tell the shooter to stop and look and the two of you go thru the confirmation process again...
And keep in mind the guy you get might be blind in one eye, can't see out the other... That's why you always want to keep a ground scope handy so you can confirm what you're seeing, where the shot marker is, and what if any changes you might need to make.
