Fouling Control?

RE: Fouling Control?
Randy I think you have more experience with BP in lever guns than me. I do a lot of single shot rifle shooting with BP, but not nearly as much with the lever guns.

Much of it is because when I get to casting, I always want to cast bullets for my single shots and don't often cast .45 Colt bullets. I recently bought some of those weird knurled lead bullets from Hornady! They come pre-lubed with some weird powder. I rolled them over a cake of DGL to fill the knurling and they shot OK. I don't know the true accuracy because I shot them all off-hand, but surprisingly they didn't fill the bore with lead.

I can hardly wait until this virus is over with. I'm getting range withdrawal syndrome :-). I envy those of you with large plots of land that can still do some shooting!

Chris.
