Jim,

I might add;
I'm more concerned with even neck tension than a little carbon build up inside the case neck that is imbedded in the pores and scratches of the brass.
I want the case neck wall thickness as close as possible in uniformity so when the charge goes off and the bullet starts to expand while still in the case neck it gets a even release. This is more important with the GG than the PP because the GG is seated deeper in the case, but this also effects the PP also but not as much as the deeper seated GG.
