Arnie when spotting for a scope shooter I like to zero the wind on the turkeys leg and the rams pecker
That allows for slight wind shifts just tell them led or right of leg or pecker
Seems to be mischievous handier than trying to adjust the scope knobs
Shooting target rifle I know a couple of guys that use 6 o’clock on the bull
Bull the few times I’ve shot target rifle scoped I just put the center mildly on the x
