Time to cast,

I've got somewhere between 600 and 800 bullets cast for my .44-77, but since I haven't yet found THE load for that rifle all of them may not be useful.

I did manage to cast 50 good bullets for my .45-70. The rejection rate on that mold can be as high as 50%. It's a mold that if it's casting good bullets I don't dare stop! In my first attempt this year it didn't play nice. I need to get this mold casting good bullets and then put in a long day and get ahead of the game.

I have tried to replace this mold with other molds, but nothing else I've tried shoots as well in my Hepburn. I'll try to get the mold maker to cut another one that works, maybe later this year.

I haven't been shooting any of my other rifles enough to even talk about how many bullets I may have on hand for them.
