I really think you got your bullets mixed up and grabbed a 1/40 or softer one or found the wrong bullet. That center bullet is nothing I have ever looked at shot with 1/16 alloy the way that nose was set back. That looks like it was setback at least .100" +
The left bullet looks more like 1/16 alloy with the shallow land cuts.
But I really cant see it good enough because the photo is a little dark.
A soft alloy bullet gets set back more in the ogive then the base gets bumped up. There is less room in the bore to bump up a base then at the ogive.
When The Money bullet hype first started I ran many of then into a snow bank to see what it would take to hold the integrety of the nose with all sorts of powder charges and the harder the bullet got was pushed the more the money nose looked like a postell or just plain got bent or twisted by the torque.
