I asked Jim if the weather was the factor in the low scores, and he said the wind and mirage were a reall fright, and targets would move as much as 3 and 4 feet, then switch back the opposite direction nearly as far.
Maybe we need to get MVA to build alliance sights, with opposing highspeed electric motors to adjust the windage?
