Shiloh inline seater

arrived yesterday, I know nothing about this puppy

1st question, does it really matter if I make the seating thingy fit my Paul Jones bullet, the little ring on the bullet just does not bother me

2nd question, I took one of my loaded rounds and slid it into the seater thingy, round went in except for about the last 1/4 inch or so, I am guessing that I will have to start to full length resize instead of my approx. 3/4 full length sizing

3rd question, I pan lube my cast bullets and they are somewhat messy with excess lube, is this going to cause me a problem
