Jim in my shiloh and Carol's hiwall I only resize after the cases start getting a little "stiff" to chamber, then a full length size and away we go again.
Exception is for paper patch bullets then I use the Hornady resizing die for every time as it sizes the cases down just right to hold a .444 patched bullet wrapped in 9# onionskin.
