Yes avoid resizing the brass period. Calculate the outside dia. you need the neck to be, to hold your bullet patched the way you want it. Get a die that will reduce the outside dia. of the neck to hold your patched bullet slip fit. You deprime,clean and dry the case, reprime, charge, wads cookies allready to go. Then size half the neck down to hold your ppb. By not sizing the case it is fireformed for perfect chamber alignment and you don't lose your criticle neck alignment either. You will using the right lube wad find that fouling is less in the throat. Annealing? what annealing. You asked bobw
