RE: Paper Patch question
I still use a lube sheet mold that Brant Selb sent me milled out of what looks like Delrin. A guy still needs to use a small level when pouring this full to make sure you have the mold LEVEL or you get a lube cake that is not uniform in thickness. Dean's mold throws beautifully uniform size cookies everytime and they work great because they are handily packed in a candy tin till needed,he keeps them in the tin in his wood shooting box so they don't get a hot car heat transfer. Last year at the Montana 1000 in the evening we sat under his tent fly in the shade drinking lemonade while he loaded his charged cases as effortlessly as swatting skeeters. He had his primed charged cases wadded and compressed packed in his shooting box load block ready for a cookie ,top wad, and whatever bullet he decided to patch and install, simple and effective. He made it simple as the truth usually is,his uniformity of his loads outstanding. bobw
