Savage Mod 93

In the way of a .22 update I didn't get the Savage Mod. 93, but ended up w/ a Savage MKII .22 long rifle. I bore sighted it, put a spare 4x Leupold scope on it, and took it to the indoor range here for a test drive. The first 3 shots off a bench @ 50' were in the same hole; I can live w/ that. Then I shot 3 10 shot groups (bench, 50') w/ 3 different ammos; result was 3 groups slightly larger than a pencil eraser.

Next step is some offhand shooting and a trip to the outdoor range for some 100 yd. shooting, when it gets a little warmer. Anyway it looks like a good shooting rifle.
