Paper Patching a few more Question

Hello Gent`s
i have just some more questions on my way to use PPB successfuly
My first trials with PP Bullets and the best paper seems to be on the right way but pls allow me some more questions.

Actually i wrap to .450 and load the Bullet in a unsized case
it fits with a lot of space in the Case.
I push the Cartridge through my Lyman Neck sizer to have a bit more neck tension but can move the bullet out without any resistance.

Do you resize the case before seating the PP Bullet?
Do you crimp the PPB ?

My second Question is

will it necessary to wipe the barrel after every shoot ?

with my Greaser i can shoot nearly 20 or more Bullets and use a blow tube only without any less of accuracy.
I read different opinions about wiping between shots or not.

what is you advise
