The free bore is not a problem for a PP bullet, but that chamber end wall is. It will cut the patch at the end of the case mouth. I have the reamer of the drawing I sent you on the PM but the dimensions you pit down in the photo are to large at the base and case mouth for you to run mine through to open that chamber too 2.6" for the 100. Your only choice is sending that cast in and have a throating reamer made and you can use that to deepen that chamber to 2.6and that will clean that chamber up in fine shape.
