Thanks Kurt!...I have found "no-single-variable" that would effect groups as positively as annealing. I saw groups shrink from 12"++ to less than 5 inches at 300yards just by annealing cases.

But that being said,...In the game where consistency trumps all, there are so many variables removed completely by not sizing and seating to firmly touch the lands.

So many things that just don't play into the equation for me anymore...no more annealing, or sizing... no need to worry about fancy custom expander dies, case length, neck tension, case belling, crimp ,run-out...they just don't play into the equation anymore...they may play into the equation, but their number is zero.

The loads have led me to a few top 3 winners circles, so I know the theory is working about as well as anyone else's




And my soft lube forms a vacuum seal that holds my bullets in the case plenty well....I use my silhouette loads for hunting... They carry just fine in my canvas cartridge belts,a nd I have never lost a bullet. The only thing I cannot do is unload my rifle cause the bullets stick in the chamber...but I would rather shoot them out anyway!!!
